From 30th November to 3rd December 2015, the last transnational meeting of the "Entrepreneurship and Youth: Sharing creativity and social Initiatives” project will take place in Sevilla - Spain. The materials generated in this project will be validated and will be ready to disseminate.


The two organisations (Asociación Gantalcalá and Passaggi Associazione), members of this partnership within the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 Transnational youth initiative (Strategic partnership in the field of education, training and youth) will finish the project activities after one year working on different aspects related with youth entrepreneurship.
As a result of this project, different materials will be produced. Transfer project results to other people and organizations potentially interested is expected. The results of the project will be public and anyone interested in obtaining the products obtained in the Project may download them through this Blog.

The international learning activity developed under the project “Entrepreneurship and youth: Sharing Creativity and social initiatives”, in Seville (Spain) has come to the end.



From 1st to 7th September 2015, 14 project managers and youngsters from Spain and Italy have took part in the learning activity developed in Sevilla.
During one week the participants from Spain and Italy have shared the experiences of social initiatives that have developed since January 2015 in their respective regions, and they  have acquired new knowledge and skills for encourage their entrepreneurial spirit.
In this Learnig activity different documents / guides that are being prepared under the project has been validated and in one month will be available for all people and organizations interested in social entrepreneurship, as in the case of:
- "Guide for Young Social Entrepreneurs"
- "Guidelines of internal management" 
- "Catalogue of Good Practices"

In this Learning Activity the participants has got knowledges about the new Erasmus + Programme aspects, NGOs and Social Entrepreneurship management, the use of ICT in project management activities, activities to work the European citizenship and intercultural dimension, etc.


The methodologies and activities used for the project was based on the principles of non-formal education, and will contribute to the educational process of young people by providing knowledge and experiences that are not acquired in the formal education.
The workshops have been held in the student Residence Rosario Valpuesta and facilities of the University Pablo de Olavide.

“Entrepreneurship and youth: Sharing Creativity and social initiatives” project is preparing a Learning activity in Seville (Spain) for the next September 2015.

The project began in September 2014 and will finish in December 2015, has entered in the phase of preparation of Learning activity which will take place from 1 to 8 September in Seville, where 14 young people from Spain and Italy will share the experiences of social initiatives that have developed since January 2015 in their respective regions, and they will acquire new knowledge and skills to encourage their entrepreneurial spirit.

During one week, in an intercultural environment, the youngsters can share their experiences in social entrepreneurship projects with other young Europeans. In this Learning Activity they will get knowledges about the new Erasmus + Programme aspects, NGOs and Social Entrepreneurship management, the use of ICT in project management activities, activities to work the European citizenship and intercultural dimension, etc.
The methodologies and activities planned for the project, based on the principles of non-formal education will contribute to the educational process of young people by providing knowledge and experiences that are not acquired in the formal education. They will develop their skills through one of the aims of non formal education, "Learning by doing".
The workshops will be held in the student Residence Rosario Valpuesta and facilities of the University Pablo de Olavide.

The project presentation will be done on September 2nd, in Building 2 (Meeting Room 1) of the University Pablo de Olavide.

Now, in the intermediate phase, each partner is developing social entrepreneurship initiatives in their communities according with the Guidelines developed by Asociación Gantalcalá: "Guide for Young Social Entrepreneurs": It contain the most important aspects for the design, development and implementation of social projects in a practical way. This document developed initially by the Spanish youngsters involved in the project, and after the transnational meeting to be held in September 2015, it will be amended by the contributions of youngsters from other countries. The role of the managers is to stimulate and guide the youngsters. The task for the partners in this stage will be to support to the youngster for develop their own local initiatives.

A Youth initiative is a project initiated, set up and carried out by young people themselves. It gives young people the chance to try out ideas through initiatives, which give them an opportunity to be directly and actively involved in planning and carrying out a project. Participation in a Youth Initiative is an important non-formal learning experience. While implementing a Youth Initiative, young people have the opportunity to address specific challenges or problems encountered in their communities.

After develop these social initiatives in each country, those  young people of all nationalities involved in the project,  will have the opportunity to take part in a Learning Activity that will take place in Seville in September 2015 , where in an intercultural environment , they can share their experiences in social entrepreneurship projects with other young Europeans. In this Learning Activity they will get knowledges about the new Erasmus + Programme aspects , NGOs and Social Entrepreneurship management , and the use of ICT in project management activities.  They will develop activities to work the European citizenship and intercultural dimension.

The project's objective is the creation of different materials and products that could be used by other organizations at European level.  These materials will facilitate the development of social entrepreneurship initiatives carried out by youngsters. These materials are:

- Logo, posters and leaflets translated into 4 languages with information of the transnational initiatives.

Through the development  of the  Blog and the Facebook Group for the project, is intended to move forward with the participants and other persons or institutions interested in creating a network of transnational cooperation, to enable future collaboration to scale of European organizations dedicated to youth work.

Now, in the second phase, each partner will carry out social entrepreneurship initiatives in their communities according with the Guidelines developed by Asociación Gantalcalá: "Guide for Young Social Entrepreneurs": It contain the most important aspects for the design, development and implementation of social projects in a practical way. This document developed initially by the Spanish youngsters involved in the project, and after the transnational meeting to be held in September 2015, it will be amended by the contributions of youngsters from other countries. From 26st to 29th November 2014, three voluntary organisations from three European countries met in Sevilla (Spain) for the first transnational meeting of "Entrepreneurship and Youth: Sharing creativity and social Initiatives project.



As a result of this first meeting, two youngsters from Gantalcalá Association presented the first draff of different documents that will be used by other youngsters in Spain, Italy and Romania for carry out the social initiatives that will be developed the next year.
·         "Guide for Young Social Entrepreneurs":  This Guide developed by youngsters from Gantalcalá contain the most important aspects for the design, development and implementation of social projects in a practical way. This document have been developed initially by the Spanish youngsters involved in the project, and after the transnational meeting to be held in September 2015, will be amended by the contributions of youngsters from Italy and Romania.
·         Internal procedures booklet: This booklet contains information about the activities to develop, how to prepare them and how to present local initiatives in the seminar, templates and documents to use, communication plan, dissemination and visibility, etc.

The host of the meeting – Asociación Gantalcalá - and the two other social organisations involved from Italy (Passaggi Associazione), and Romania (Support for Youth Development) will work together for support youth initiatives. Through the project that has started in September 2014 and will end in December 2015, the activities, are designed by Spanish young people, with the goal of counseling, guidance and support to young people in each country for carry out social entrepreneurship initiatives in their communities. After develop these social initiatives in each country, those  young people of all nationalities involved in the project,  will have the opportunity to take part in a Learning Activity that will take place in Seville in September 2015 , where in an intercultural environment , they can share their experiences in social entrepreneurship projects with other young Europeans.
